Rugby League Fanfare – June 2023 (Issue No. 83)
When people think of Ireland, they probably think of Guiness beer, Bailey’s Irish Cream, James Joyce, Van Morrison, Thin Lizzy, U2 or Conor McGregor. But if I mention names like Brian Carney, Des Foy, Terry O’Connor, Chris Joynt, Barrie McDermott, Pat Richards and Luke Keary – you’ll realise that Ireland has produced some very good Rugby League players.
We thought we should find out if there’s any more on the way. Jade Ferguson from IRL – Australia joins us to tell the story.
